After graduating from the University of Victoria, my interest in architectural design, urban planning and financial investing lead me to real estate with Royal LePage Sussex. I purchased my first house in North Vancouver at the age of 25 and promptly renovated and sold it, reinvesting into a Yaletown condominium that I continue to manage as a rental. I know first-hand that the real estate market is anything but created equal. For me, it’s all about preparation and patience. With thorough analysis and a calculated, non-emotional approach to negotiation, there is no need to overpay in the high-priced Vancouver market.
At the heart of my business is the relationship I have with my clients. I outsource almost all business support so that the majority of my time is spent one-on-one. My unique approach to market analysis helps you identify opportunities in the market that are not easily recognized by general, high-level market opinions. I live with my wife, Vanessa, and our 2 sons, Ari and Nate in the Kensington-Cedar Cottage section of the Fraser/Mountainview neighbourhood in East Vancouver. I value time with my family and friends, and look forward to wherever our next family trip abroad might take us. My hobbies include architecture, travel, golf and hockey.

We, a couple from Germany, and our daughter Lisa, who studies at UBC, like Vancouver very much from the minute we all got here. But the problem is with this town, you easily get distracted to find the right place, because it is nice everywhere around here. Coming back this August 2016 you only had to show us 5 places in the perfect spot of Yaletown and there it was, what we all liked the minute we entered the condo.
