Having always been interested in home design, architecture, urban development and construction, I began investing in real estate at a very young age. I purchased my first property in North Vancouver at 24 and haven't stopped buying and selling and renovating ever since.

I really believe in the future of Vancouver, and the special lifestyle it offers. For years I have heard that the market will "collapse", that the "bubble will burst", but given the unique beauty, the shortage of land and the increased population growth driven by overseas investors and immigrants, I am certain that the single detached housing market is a solid investment for the future. Like all major cities: London, Paris, Tokyo and Sydney - as long as property prices remain high, there is a strong complementary rental market. In saying that, I will always recommend buying over renting so as long as the person can comfortably afford to own.

Vancouver has such a range of unique and diverse neighbourhoods, while my office is at Prudential Sussex Realty in West Vancouver, I consider myself a true Vancouver realtor as I have worked with clients extensively not only on the Northshore, but also Downtown, East Vancouver and the Westside. I spend my free time with my wife, Vanessa biking through the city and enjoying the various restaurants and activities that make Vancouver so special. We enjoy international travel but always will call Vancouver home.
